TOTY Donnarumma disappeared from my club due to SBC system error

What happened:

I received Donnarumma TOTY from a 2x86+ SBC pack and placed him in my active team, removing Courtois (90). During submission of an Icon SBC with Courtois, a system/synchronization error occurred (“data could not be saved”). The SBC completed automatically, Courtois returned to my team, and Donnarumma TOTY disappeared completely from my club.

I have evidence of the pack where Donnarumma was obtained.

Request:

This was not a user mistake. I request the development team verify account logs, SBC submissions, team changes, and card movements to restore Donnarumma TOTY. It is extremely frustrating that such a critical TOTY player disappeared due to a system error. I hope the developers can resolve this promptly.
