Training equipment in the middle of the field

Xbox user here. 4th day in a row that I have training equipment on the middle of the pitch while I play. This happens in every mode, not only in ultimate team. Makes the game really unplayable, I’ve had many dumb losses because of that, gifting the ball back to my opponents and it’s getting really unenjoyable to play
