When I play manager career in League Glory.
I put the training plan to be Fixed Rate. But the fitness of my players not going down even though going through the close matches like EPL and UCL.

Same. The rate of recovery is so high I might as well have it in always full setting. I’ve tested it, and players recover about 40% of stamina per day (even the ones with below 60 stamina stat). So, if I play Sunday, by Tuesday, they are all at 100%
Very annoying, takes away a large part of the challenge of having the manage a squad in career mode
I hope this is a bug that gets patched. But also, why not just tell us the rates? Something like “On fixed rate, players will recover an average of N% stamina per day” then we can make the call in an informed manner
