TRANFER MARKET BLOCKED

I've been playing Ultimate since the early launch and my account is new I can't use the transfer market at the beginning but I did all the goals I had to do and it hasn't been unlocked yet I'm waiting for this has been since the launch basically when it was launched it was almost a week that I had finished everything and so far I can't use the transfer market is getting close to a WL is getting close to important events and I can't sell a player.
