Transfer list selling issue and moving back to club issue

EA TEAM :

 I have encountered an issue in the game: one of the player cards that has expired from the transfer market cannot be re-listed for sale normally, nor can it be returned to the club. Please handle this as soon as possible. Thank you. Additionally, when I tried to submit the problem through the online platform, clicking the "Submit" button yielded no response at all!
