Transfer Logic Changes Based on Salary Request

When attempting to transfer to a big club and requesting the maximum salary, the club rejected the move, stating they only consider players from bigger clubs.

However, when I reduced my salary request significantly, the same club accepted the transfer, even though the player was still coming from the same (smaller) club.

Expected result:

Club interest should not contradict itself based on salary alone.

Actual result:

Transfer eligibility logic changes unrealistically depending on salary demand.
