My account cannot list players or access Transfer Targets for 25+ days.

There is no ban history.

The issue happens on both console and Web App.

I can bid, but I cannot list or claim won items.

Support already escalated this and asked me to report it here for investigation.

This is account-based and not a soft limit.

am trying to list any player, 24 hours ban message appears

am trying also to open Transfer Targets it tells me “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible”

    Good luck trying to get help from support its ridiculous I don’t think the even know how to solve the issues

    talk to someone on EA help, I'm current speaking to someone now about, hopefully sorting it out
