Transfer Market Locked on Companion and Web Apps

Getting the obvious solutions out of the way: 

• I played FC24 and FC25 on the original Switch so I should (and used to) have graduated access
• I have completed all of the necessary Foundations objectives, including 'On Your Way'

As many users have already reported here, it seems impossible to unlock the market on the companion and web apps as a Switch 2 user. I previously had access to the market having played FC24 and 25 on the original Switch, but since playing FC26 on Switch 2, the market has become locked.

Similar to other users, my playtime data is not being recorded on the app, which might be a contributing factor. The market is accessible and works perfectly well on my console.

I have also checked the Trello known bugs section and this issue does not appear to be under investigation despite posts about it dating back to the game's early access period in late September.
