transfer market time frozen

Hello, i keep getting this notice whenever i wanna sell a player ( i can buy any player)

the message popped up monday and says that in 24h my market will work fully. 

it s thursday and the timer is frozen keeps telling me to wait 24 h

please find a solution because it s iritating when i get a player i wanna sell him and can t and i just see him going down in price.....
