I completed the objectives that granted me access to the transfer market on console, this worked without problem, and around 4 days (around a week ago now) later I got a notification when logging into the web app that said I was granted transfer market access on the web app, however, I still am unable to use it and it is showing the same message as when I hadn't received the notification about access on web app.
Platform: Nintendo Switch 2
I have completed them all, and have had access on console for one and a half week, and received the message that I was granted web app access about a week ago
I did not think to take a screenshot of the message in the web app saying I was granted access on there, however it was granted, and besides I would have around 10 active days according to https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/transfer-market-web-and-companion-apps/
and no previous infractions, and using only one account on my device.

EA_Darko I have completed all the requirements, I have completed all the objectives, and have been granted Transfermarket Access on console about 1.5 weeks ago. I have since played 10 active days (https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-sports-fc/transfer-market-web-and-companion-apps/), I have no previous infractions, and only one account on my console. And most importantly: I have already received the notification on the web app that said I was granted Transfermarket Access on the web app. (about a week ago) recognizing that I have met all requirements and should be granted access, however I still can't use the Transfermarket on web app.
I would like to emphasize that the problem is not people not completing objectives, I was shown the message 'you have been granted access to the Transfermarket from web app' and still can't use the Transfermarket.
I'm having the same problem. How is it possible I don't meet the requirements? I've played every day since the game came out, and I've completed the objectives since day two. I paid for the ultimate version, and I can't even enjoy the full game. You need to take urgent action on this; many people are affected because your requirements aren't correct. I'm also having these problems. Have played since Fifa 23, never had any issues or bans or whatsoever. Have played it fully active since Friday 26th of September, and have already done the objectives more than a week ago. My account fully adheres to the rules, and it is the only account that I am using on the console. Important to say, Switch 2 is my console. Any updates EA_Darko ?

I have been playing for 2 weeks straight i am nearly division 3 so that is so much playtime daily and i completed the required objectives 10 days ago to gain access to the transfer market. Now i gained access to buy but i can not sell. When i try to sell it says come back in 24 hours for full access i have been seeing this message for 10 days so there is a bug or an issue. And i completed the objectives and i play daily i need to sell to build a team. Please find a solution
