Treatable players disappearing in transfer list happened to me two times

Has anyone experienced this bug? I’ve had treatable players in my transfer list I bought a player literally a minute ago went to the transfer market clicked triangle on it and he proceeded to disappear happened to my Maldini when I wasn’t in the transfer list just disappeared and when I went to check on him and the transfer list, he was just not there Asked EA support to help me and they told me to make a submission here I don’t know how many times this has happened to me, but it’s been more than twice for sure
