UEFC PRIMETIME:Hamza Igamane

I have completed all five of the challenges, I have received Hamza, however not my 5x82 packs as it shows that I have only won 7/8 games and this is now greyed out, I have played far more than 8 games but this will not change and is greyed out but shows completed on the left challenge box, pictures attached, it did this with another challenge last month!!!
