Ui/Menu Sound While In Game

so basically i have been dealing with sound from the menus in game like for example the ui sounds and menu noise when navigating the menu while in any game mode and even sometimes in the menu itself, like when i play a game i hear the menu noises while playing, like the game thinks im using the menus, its very annoying and is honestly ruining my experience because i cant play sound with now without being annoyed, the only temporary fix i have found is to turn “menu sfx volume” to 0 in settings but i would hope there is a full fix as i have seen others complain about the same problem, i had this problem last ea fc, but it went away after a few games but i had this problem for days now and doesnt seem to be fixed, like i can even sit in the menu and put my controller down and still hear the noises itself, any help or any idea on a fix would be great.
