Ultimate gauntlet pointless

I’m on here reporting the ultimate gauntlet bug. Won the tournament after it incorrectly gave me the win 2x3 matches objective. Didn’t get my 83 x10 packs. Why bring the objective out if you’ll only let us have the 8 rewards? Played all day to win the tournament for this reason. Just want the packs I won. Ea my account is Tavis265413.
