Ultimate Team – Red Card Suspension Not Clearing (Rivals / Squad Battles)

Several players in my Ultimate Team are permanently stuck with red cards after receiving them in Rivals matches. The suspension does not clear even after removing the players from all squads and playing multiple Squad Battles matches.

Steps taken:

The red-carded players were sent to My Club

They are not included in any active or saved squad (starting XI, bench, or reserves)

Multiple full Squad Battles matches were completed

The game and Ultimate Team mode were restarted

The game was fully reinstalled on the recommendation of EA Support

Expected result:

After serving the required number of matches, the red card suspension should be cleared and the players should become selectable again.

Actual result:

The red card icon remains permanently on the affected players, and they cannot be used in any squad. The suspension counter does not progress.

Additional notes:

The issue affects multiple players at the same time

The red cards were received in Rivals matches

Reinstalling the game did not resolve the issue

This appears to be an account synchronization issue rather than normal gameplay behavior
