Ultimate team, online games not working on xbox

On my xbox one it does not let me play any online game modes. When i enter the game i lost control of my analogue sticks and bumpers and they become “stuck” so the players just run off in random directions. It’s nothing to do with the controller as it works fine in offline game modes such as squad battles. 

This needs to be changed because it is not fair for people to spend £70 on a game then not be able to play it
