Unable to Access Ultimate Team During TOTY – Major Issue, Missing Content
I have been completely unable to log into Ultimate Team, and this issue has now been ongoing since yesterday.
The problem started while I was playing the final round of Gauntlet. After matches—whether I won or lost—the game repeatedly disconnected me from Ultimate Team. Eventually, I was kicked out entirely and have not been able to log back into Ultimate Team since.
Every time I try to connect, I receive an error saying that connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible and I am returned to the main menu. I’ve tried waiting, restarting, and troubleshooting on my end, but nothing has worked.
This is extremely frustrating because this is happening during Team of the Year, one of the biggest promos of the year. While other players are able to log in, play, open packs, complete objectives, and engage with TOTY content, I am completely locked out. I am missing out on content, progress, and potential pack pulls through no fault of my own. I could literally be packing a TOTY card right now, but I can’t even access the mode.
This is a major inconvenience and has completely ruined my experience during this promo. I am extremely upset that this happened during competitive gameplay and then escalated into a full lockout.
I strongly feel that compensation is warranted for affected players, as we are being unfairly disadvantaged compared to others who can still play and participate in TOTY content.
I would appreciate:
- A clear explanation of what is causing this issue
- A timeline for when access will be restored
- Consideration for compensation due to missed TOTY content
Please address this as soon as possible.
