Unable to claim coins from FC Hub

​I am writing to report a technical issue with my account. I am currently unable to claim my available coins from the FC Hub. When I click the 'Claim' button, the action completes, but my coin balance does not increase, and the coins are not credited to my account.

​Could you please investigate this issue, ensure the missing coins are credited back to my account, and help me resolve this problem?
