Unassigned evo bug

I came here to complain about being locked out of the store for a nearly a week now because the game crashed at the end of the season and I have an evolution I’m unable to claim. I’ve seen posts from as far back as before TOTY. Is there anyone who managed to get it fixed and if so please shame how.

It’s so disappointing that we spend so much money on a broken game. I hope someone managed to get it fixed because this seems to be an old bug, there’s no reason it shouldn’t have already been addressed
