Underpowered finesse shots in the box

It seems that the underpowered finesse shot issue has returned, when I’m in the box and in a high percentage position (centre of the goal or either side, with just the goalkeeper to beat) to score my finesse shots are very underpowered and just go straight to the goalkeeper, this has happened with a variety of different players with almost maxed out shooting stats and is happening consistently in every game I am playing, I am missing chances which should normally go in. Please can you investigate the finesse shots.

I’m using PS5 and it is in all game modes of ultimate team.
