UT Missing Reward

within ultimate team gaming mode, I completed the goal (“obiettivo”, as I’ve the Italian version) “diventa pro”, which I suppose it’s translated as “becoming pro”, however it doesn’t give me the final award (1 out of 3 TOTW max 86). Please fix it and give me the award asap. 

it says I’ve to complete “dacci dentro”, which I did!
