UT players turned into concept cards

Most of my team turned into concept cards and disappeared from my club so I opened a ticket and the agent said that the players were submitted into an SBC, which I have no recollection of doing and I have never given my account to someone else. I have been playing FC/FIFA since FIFA 18, so I know I didn't do anything on accident but I know that the recent games have been very bug-heavy
