I can not complete Venturing Out. I’ve done the Foundation EVO but it won’t give me credit.

I can't complete venturing out, I did Evo foudation but didn't get complete at the objectives...
Same completed the foundations Evo and even unlocked a trophy for it on playstation but says not complete. Venturing out needs to be complete to unlock transfer market
also having the same issue. stopping me from unlocking the market which is incredibly frustrating.
