I can not complete Venturing Out. I’ve done the Foundation EVO but it won’t give me credit.

So i really badly need help with what do. i was completing the venturing out objectives so i can unlock the transfer market, however i had a high level card evo so i couldn't complete it now i can do the objective and cant unlock the transfer market.
I also have this issue....
