I can not complete Venturing Out. I’ve done the Foundation EVO but it won’t give me credit.

I fixed it, I realized that I was doing the EVO objective wrong. Go to Club -> Evolutions -> My Evolutions then make sure you use Intro to EVO it is 2 stages. Once done market will open
