I can not complete Venturing Out. I’ve done the Foundation EVO but it won’t give me credit.

I can't complete the Path to pro objective as I am unable to claim the Venturing Out objective in the group?
I have finished it and claimed rewards but cannot in that group objective meaning that even when I finish that group which I will I will not be able to claim
