I can not complete Venturing Out. I’ve done the Foundation EVO but it won’t give me credit.

I have completed 3/4 of the requirements. However the "complete the foundations EVO" will not register. I completed it 72+ hours ago and claimed the EVO however it still will not go green. The player displays the evo symbol on his card too. Any one else had the same problem or know a workaround? I did the EVO in RUsh, but have since used him in squad battles too, neither have worked.
Did anyone ever find a solution for this? I have done the same evo probably 4 different times now and maxed out the players. Done everything that I was supposed to do but as soon as I claim the reward it just gives me the option to start it again. It is so frustrating! Please help
