Weak Goal Sound from PS5 Controller Speaker in FC 26

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to report an issue I have been experiencing in FC 26 on PlayStation 5.

Since I downloaded the game about a week ago, I noticed that the sound coming from the PS5 controller speaker is abnormal. Specifically, the referee whistle sound is very loud and clear, but the sound that plays when a goal is scored is extremely weak and barely audible. This issue has been present from the first day I installed the game.

I have already checked the audio settings on both the console and the game, and everything seems to be set correctly. Other sounds on the controller speaker work fine, so the problem appears to be related to the game itself.

Please investigate this issue and advise me on how it can be resolved.
