Web App Access Locked Even After Playing UT & Completing All Requirements

Hello, I need help with my FC Web App access. Since last week, I can’t use the Web App and I always get: “Early web and mobile access has expired. Log in to UT on PC or console.”

I used the Web App normally since the beginning of the game — I opened packs, completed SBCs, and managed my club without any problem.


Support told me to complete the Venturing Out challenge, which I did, but nothing changed.
I even installed FC 26 with the EA Play 10-hour trial and logged into UT again, but the Web App is still locked.

Please refresh my account status or check why my Web App access suddenly stopped working.

    Hi Zik000​, 

    Sorry to hear that. Aside from playing some matches, there isn't really anything else that can be done. Our support team can't unlock it for you or offer an ETA on when it might gain access.

    Assuming your account is in good standing(/rules weren't broken previously), playing matches should unlock it over time.

    Our EA Help article may be a good read. It will to help answer most questions you'd have on this:

    En reddit hay muchos que tenemos ese problema quejándonos de la app eso parece ser más un problema de la compañía que no le importan sus clientes más que problemas de sus usuarios meses sin poder entrar en la app EA no le importan mucho sus jugadores
