While I am finishing a game it kicks me out of ultimate team

Hi there. If you are disconnecting when matches end, it means you hit the security limits by playing too many matches over a short amount of time. You'll just have to give it some time before matches normally complete again. Please wait about 24 hours and try again. Thanks!

I opened ultimate team after 2 days without playing. It is not a security limit by playing to much. Please advise what I have to do. This is unacceptable

      Already done but still after finishing the match the game kicks me. Please note that this is unacceptable. Please advise how to resolve the matter
