While I am finishing a game it kicks me out of ultimate team

I played a game of ultimate gauntlet it kicked me off the servers and returned me to the main menu now I can’t even access my ultimate team as it says connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu. It also won’t let me access it on the companion app as it still thinks I’m logged in on my console (ps5)
