I was playing career mode and my scoreboard in the top left want showing, so I went to turn it on in settings and I accidentally pressed “restore default settings” or something like that. It then turned my whole screen white. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting xbox and nothings working. I load up the game and it’s just a white screen and every now and then I can see the Home Screen flash up but I cannot do anything. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Have you tested any other game to see if you have the same issue?
From the image you shared, this could be several things, HDMI cable failure, Xbox overheating or you have HDR or similar settings on your system/TV and they are way out of whack.
Are you able to access your TV settings and play around with contrast and colour settings to see if you can improve it to the point where you can navigate the menus in-game and on the console.
From here, you can play around with your video settings to see if it makes a difference.

I have tested others games as well as live sports and they have all worked fine and had a clear picture. Could be wrong by I think it might have triggered some sort of colour blindness settings which have made my screen really bright or something like it? Just my thought but it’s still not working. I can’t even see the screen to go to settings and change the settings.
I have managed to fix it. I videod how to get to brightness settings on my other account and copied it on this account without seeing anything, took me about 20 minutes 😂. It had turned on a colour blindness mode and put the brightness up to full which I’m guessing is the reason. Thank you for the help Darko
