I'm pretty sure the player character is given the wrong team in the second Moments match in CONMEBOL Libertadores, World Tour, the one where you are required to score with a chip shot. With very little time given, you are in control of the defending team rather than the attacking team. It is possible to complete it, but I doubt it's correct.
Adding to that - the CONMEBOL Libertadores Semi-Finals was completed successfully basically by just starting it (as in within five seconds without as much as passing the ball). Both of these issues were encountered on 2-star difficulty.
One more for the list: In the CONMEBOL Libertadores Final, the commentator states that "the second half is underway", despite the timer saying 65 minutes, and it clearly is a kick-off from having conceded.
Also, though technically not a bug, the timer in the CONMEBOL Libertadores Final is extremely generous and therefore makes this challenge quite tedious. From the starting point of 0-2, I won 11-2 without really trying. I would suggest reducing the timer or making it count as a win as soon as you take the lead.
