Xbox fc 26 central data error

When I try to play FC 26 on my Xbox with two controllers side-by-side with a friend, I select one account in-game, but when I select the second, it gives an error saying the kickoff data cannot be retrieved. I can use both accounts separately, but I can't make them face each other. I can switch between accounts on the main screen. I await your help.
