Xbox one games not working online in ultimate team

In ultimate team none of my online games i try and play are working. When i go into the game i loose control of my players and cannot use the bumpers or the analogue sticks. 

My players run in random directions and i can only pass and shoot. This has not changed for 4 days now. I’ve had to miss fut champions because of it. 

It is not a problem with my controller as it works fine in offline modes. I have seen other people with the same issue but only on pc. i’m on an xbox one and i have this issue. It needs to be fixed because i cannot play in any online modes which is the reason i paid for the game.
