You are incorrectly flagging innocent users for balance transfer offences

Before I get a copy paste from the admins saying “we can’t help you” I am not asking for my specific account to be unbanned. 

There are hundreds of comments on this forum complaining about being banned from the Marketplace for innocent use, there are even more on external websites. I am yet to see a single person state their appeals over these bans have been successful. 

Personally my ban happened because I used the Buy Now option to buy a level 86 player for well over the normal market price to try and complete an SBC. This player turned out to be a duplicate which I then wasn’t allowed to store because it was a tradable duplicate, meaning I had to either quick sell or list on the marketplace again. I listed along with another 85-90 player items, then was banned. My EA account is 16 years old, the above seems like a lot of effort to transfer 6000 coins between two accounts. 

Whatever AI is being used to “investigate” the appeal is also not doing its job properly, so the bug report is twofold;

- your system for detecting balance transfer is broken. 
- the AI you pretend is a “trained member of our team” is not working, either that or you are hiring inept team members and they are not checking the basics which would clearly show what had happened.
