I just spent hours completing objectives to be able to use the transfer market. I had to buy players to complete another objective but as soon as I tried to buy a player, I was hit with a 24 hour ban. What do I do? EA doesn’t have customer service.

i was just playing the game, and i wanted to buy players on the transfer market. i was pressing the button and on my screen was saying : u reached the limit for buying players....
but i haven't buy one single player yet... can someone help me??
I unlocked the transfer market yesterday and it says I must wait 24 hours for full access and in the mean time I can only buy 9 cards. I come home from work today over 24 hours later and now my transfer market says Ive used all my purchases (I’ve never even opened it) and now I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 25 hours.
I'm on PC. I've just finished the challenge that unlocks "market madness" objective group, and i can't even click on the transfer market without being given a notice i've done too many bids and to come back in 1 day and 23 hours. this needs to be fixed beyond ASAP hotfix it right now
I've just had the same problem, opened up the market through objs, listed 10 players, then its come up with this message. Absolutely baffling.
hey ive done my objectives for the transfer market when i unlocked it i was lock out for 2 days because i reached i buy limit but i havent bought anything or bid on anything?
I have the same issue. I unlocked the transfer market via objective yesterday, and as soon as I attempted to use the market I was faced with a 48 hour limit on market access meaning I must wait 48 hours to access the market mind you this was directly after I unlocked meaning I had chance to bid/buy any players.

Same problem, EA wont say or do anything about it. Joke of a company. Not sure why I bought the game this year I thought i'd give it a chance, wrong decision.

Just to clarify, after completing the required objectives, full Transfer Market access may take up to 48 hours on PC or 24 hours on other platforms. During that time, you can list items, but Bid/Buy Now actions won’t be available yet. I want to make sure that this is not the reason why you can't complete your transactions.

Just finished mg objectives unlocked the transfer marker now tells me ive reached my limit on bid/buy actions when I haven't used the market yet now telling me I have to wait 24 hours to use it?
