Career Transfer Mechanism

I know that this isn’t something that’s going to be changed but once again the transfers that take place in this game just straight up do not make sense. Key players just straight up leave teams in the first summer. Especially horrible for player careers where you can’t even stop teammates from leaving when the game decides to send someone like gabriel to newcastle or something like that. Game is beyond broken for a million other reasons but the fact that old problems don’t get fixed and new ones show up is pushing me over the edge
