D R reward pop up repeatedly, no claim interface, reward not delivered (PS5)

latform: PS5, Hong Kong server

Game: FC27 Ultimate Team, Division Rivals

The stage reward notification keeps popping up repeatedly, but

there is no reward claim interface, rewards never get issued.

This issue has lasted more than half a month. I’ve restarted the game and console many times, and the problem still exists.

I tried the EA Help web form on multiple browsers and networks, the submit button does not work. Live chat support is currently closed.

Please resolve this bug as soon as possible and provide compensation.
