Before loading up FC27 I purchased 12k FC Points, which loaded fully and came across, however a bit after i purchased 5,900 FC Points which when I loaded onto Ultimate Team for the first time and selected to transfer my points from FC26 to FC27 the 5,900 didn't transfer across.
Made a transfer of my points but as I’d redeemed them as a code they hadn’t been added to my account until I’ve logged onto ultimate team . Loaded straight up to fc27 and they weren’t there eagerly pressed transfer and it transferred 100 points over rather than the 18500 id paid for a day earlier . Got in contact with the team and they wouldn’t transfer them over for me. Basically told me I’d just wasted 100 quid on an old game and give me no updates of when I can transfer them
I had 37k fc points in my fc26 account.
The awful system asked me if I wanted to transfer my points over. I said yes. Go into my fc27 account and only 18.5k transfered over.
I go into my fc26 account and the rest of my points are sitting there. Hope I can get help. This is ridiculous!!
Contacted EA support and they said their diabolical system couldn't transfer over large amounts over. Hopefully they can fix their mistake
i’ve transferred my points to fc27 from fc26 and none of them have been sent over i had 12000 ffs
Missing fifa points. I bought £60 worth of points this morning so I could use them this afternoon. Logged in, was asked if I wanted to transfer them over. I got 100 transferred over and nothing else. I’m missing 8700 points and have been told it’s an error and they can’t try again. I want my points to be transferred over.
Out of 12175 eafc points for 26 only 175 transferred to eafc27. Please make this right, contacted help and they said that they needed to look internally. Very respectful, but all of those points should have transferred over. Please advise.

not all of my points got transferred to ea fc 27. I think the problem was that I did not log on in fc 26 after redeeming the codes in the microsoft store.
Please transfer these points asap as I have purchased the points before I transfered those points to fc 27
