Hello EA Support,
I am playing EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 4.
Friday, I completed the “Players In, Players Out” objective in the “As Team Dreams” objective group. I completed the required Squad Building Challenge, but the game did not register my progress.
The objective is still showing 0/1, and I have not received the corresponding reward, which is the “1/27+ Premier League Gold Player Pick.”
I believe this is a bug with the objective tracking system. I have attached a screenshot showing that the objective is still incomplete despite completing the required task.
Could you please check my account and verify the completion of this objective? If possible, I would appreciate it if the missing reward could be granted to my account or the objective progress could be corrected.
Platform: PlayStation 4
Objective: Players In, Players Out
Reward: 1/27+ Premier League Gold Player Pick
Completed: Friday
