Gauntlet Entries Locked at -1/10 After Reset or Playing One Match

Hi, I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5 and have encountered a bug with Ultimate Gauntlet 2.

My entries refreshed to 10/10 at 6 pm. I then played one two-match round, receiving a loss after quitting the first match and winning the second. The game allowed me to play both matches normally, but afterwards the event showed -1/10 entries, Out of Entries and Completed.

I’ve fully restarted the game, but the issue remains and I cannot continue playing the event.

Please investigate this issue and restore my remaining attempts if possible. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem.

    Can anyone help me???? iam deeply affected here the attempts refreshes every 24 hours and I can't use them it happened twice which means 2 days gone for nothing!! I only played 2 games and it locked me out today and 1 day ago and iam losing days guys

    I played all of my gauntlet games yesterday and once the time hit for my attempts to reset, instead of resetting the game is showing -1, i am one objective away from completing the category but cannot progress as my attempts are broken

    This fc27 is a joke again I played one game out of 10 and now its saying I have -1 games
