Goalkeeper bug

Hi EA Support,

I'm a player from Brazil, and I'm experiencing a goalkeeper position issue in EA SPORTS FC 27.

When I play alone in the lobby, even though my Pro is correctly set as a goalkeeper, the game does not let me play in goal and instead places me as a line player.

This issue happens in both Rush and Clubs Drop-In/11v11 matches. However, when I play with other players and the lobby has enough players, I can play as a goalkeeper normally.

I have already checked my Pro's position and goalkeeper settings, and everything appears to be correctly configured.

Is this a known bug affecting players in Brazil or other regions? Is there a planned fix or any workaround for this issue?
