Gold player instead of TOTW

I just got gold thuram on the web app when it is supposed to be a totw card.

I’d like to report an issue I experienced when receiving a player from a pack. At 2:02 PM Argentina time, I received Nmecha’s 85-rated Gold card, when I believe I should have received his IF card, since I opened the pack at a time when the TOTW was already available.

I’d like to know if there is any kind of compensation available, as there is a significant difference in coin value between the two cards, especially at the start of the game.

Thank you!

Just packed a gold tradeable raya card when his TOTW is out. Is this a known issue and will i get compensated.

Hey folks,

Thanks for flagging this to us! I've passed it on to our team to look into it.

We will update you as soon as we have more information to share.

yeah I got martinelli gold after 6 from welcome back packs.

I packed yamal, but his totw is out and it didn't give him me please fix with compensation thanks

I have packed Esmee Brugts already and instead of getting her TOTW i have received her normal gold card instead.

I also got Martinelli gold card???

I packed a tradeable Memeti gold card instead of her TOTW card what is going on??? Why is it not a TOTW card as her Gold card should be extinct from packs isn't it??? I want my compensation :( Could of really used that TOTW card rn
