Re: FC Mobile shows "device not compatible" after reinstall

My sons phone is a samsung A05s and has the required spec for fc mobile 27 update. I have cleared cache and data and restarted phone but not working. I find this unacceptable after he has been playing for a long time built up his team and spent pocket money gaining points to develop over some time now
