I’m experiencing a recurring bug in Career Mode involving player morale, attitude, and transfer requests.
Players keep requesting transfers even when I am giving them around 90% of available playing time, including starting them regularly and playing them for full matches. I have also increased their wages and improved their contracts, but their morale/attitude still becomes negative and they continue asking to leave the club.
There also appears to be a problem with the player performance and attitude system. Players can perform well, receive regular minutes, and be treated as important members of the squad, but the game still acts as if they are unhappy about their playing time or performance.
For example:
Player starts and plays around 90% of matches.
Player regularly plays 90 minutes.
Player's wage has been increased.
Player performs well during matches.
Despite this, the player becomes unhappy and requests a transfer.
The player's attitude/morale sometimes does not correctly reflect their actual playing time or performances.
Once the transfer request happens, it can be difficult or impossible to restore the player's happiness even after meeting their demands.
It seems like Career Mode is either not correctly tracking playing time, contract satisfaction, performance, or player morale, or these systems are not communicating correctly with each other.
Please investigate the logic behind player morale, squad role expectations, performance evaluation, and transfer requests in Career Mode. Players who are consistently playing and performing well should not repeatedly request transfers because of supposed lack of game time.
This issue negatively affects long-term Career Mode saves because important players can randomly become unhappy and request transfers even when the manager has fulfilled their expectations.

I had this problem in the closed beta. I promoted a youth player, he played every game and 4 weeks later put a transfer request in. I had direct contact with EA Darko and asked them to clarify this would be fixed prior to launch. There seemed little point in buying the game as it was pretty much unplayable (as you have found). I went to follow it up this morning as I hadn't received a response and they had turned off the reply option. Typical EA. Hope it gets fixed but for the first time ever I'm holding off buying it until its fixed. Best of luck!!

I had this as well. I am doing a Barca rebuild and I start Pedri every match, he was scoring lots etc, then I saw an offer come in for him and I blocked offers for him and when I went to go and block it again, it said he put in a transfer request and I couldn't block offers. Its so broken

Yes they did. I've always pre ordered but the bugs in the Beta were so bad I stopped playing after the first day. This will be the first year I'm holding off. I only play manager career so the way it was left until the bugs are fixed there was no point in buying it. EA are an awful company to deal with - they're just not interested in their customers at all.

Having this. Starting a career, blocking the first window and 3 of the first team all want to leave apparently with no notification and no way to stop them

I am experiencing the exact same issue with Bremer in my Juventus Career Mode on PS5. He plays regularly, performs well, has good morale, and even accepted a salary increase during a contract renewal, but after 5 or 6 matches, he still has an active transfer request that cannot be blocked.

Same.
And the worst is, I'm told they asked to leave when I try to block offers, but they never told me anything. Never got an email, never got a discussion, nothing.
And the players are said happy. They don't want a contract, they don't want to play more. They just, for some reason, want to leave. My 3 best players are in that case.
What a start to this new game... they barely add anything but manage to make it worse...
