Missing gallery tokens and incorrect total point tracking

I completed two separate Gallery sets and met all the required objectives and rank requirements to earn the corresponding Gallery Tokens. However, I have not received any tokens for either set.

It has been more than 24 hours since I completed the challenges, and the missing rewards have still not been credited to my account.

I have already contacted EA Support and opened multiple cases, but the issue remains unresolved.

Completing the Gallery TOTW rarity, the summary shows a total score of 179,148,  which is a grade B. When I regrade the set, the score drops down to 170,147. Not sure why the calculations aren't the same?

In the albums on ultimate team of fc 27, I can't complete the set of the Ligue 1 McDonald's championship. Although the score is 75090, during the evaluation phase it becomes 73931 by assigning me a D and therefore not allowing me to get the tokens.

Help me please, i need to do Pato.

Gallery is not updateing past the 550k mark on the totw one and it not giveing me the s tier or my 75 gallery token and not even updating my gallery score in general can u sort this please and thank u 

I didn't get gallery tokens even tho I reached certain level

So I’ve completed the season 1 rarity in the gallery to a S tier but it keeps glitching me back to tier A. Same as the TOTW rarity got that to A tier and it’s taking me back to Tier B be nice if you could update us on how we get around this to get the tokens. Thank you
