Weekly objectives not refreshing

Hi EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Ultimate Team account in FC 27. Following the recent weekly reset, my Seasonal and Weekly Objectives have failed to refresh.

The countdown timer has reset, but the actual objectives are either showing up as completely empty or they still display the completed tasks from last week without generating the new ones.

Here are my details:

• Platform: Xbox Series X

• EA ID / Gamertag: KesziHUN

• Time of occurrence: After the latest weekly reset on: The issue occurred right after the last weekly reset on Thursday at 6:00 PM UK time

I have already tried restarting the game, rebooting my console, and checking the Companion App, but the objectives remain bugged and frozen on all platforms. As a result, I am unable to earn any new XP or progress towards my seasonal rewards.

Please look into this issue and force a refresh on my account if possible.

Mine too still not refreshed by the time they fix it it will have been another week 🤣🤣 and yes it is ultimate team not grounds 

Mine has not updated either.  Nor has the store.  I spent coins on packs and they are still showing as expired and not available since they didn’t refresh.

Fut weekly objective not refreshing here either, it’s been almost 2 weeks now

I've got the same issue and can 100% confirm it's Ultimate Team

Mine haven't  refrshed in Ultimate Team either last week. Lets see tomorrow and see if it doesn't refresh for a 2nd time.  I paid a lot of extra money to get the ultimate edition with the season passes included and you block me from completing it. Thanks EA. Customer Dissatisfaction Guaranteed
