I did want to give a slight update:
I am still unable to use my slider presets anywhere in the Be a Pro mode.
I started a new Be a Pro career and set up my sliders at the beginning and it seems that after each game the mode reverts all sliders to how the career was set up. Again, I had to manually change each slider again even though I have a preset. But after playing a game it kept my changes going into the second game.
Still a bug that I am unable to utilize slider presets anywhere in Be a Pro, but I found a workaround for anyone willing to begin a new career and lose all progress made before.
