Franchise mode - Game frozen after draft

I have taken some time off from this game because of this issue, expecting it to be fixed, i cam back today to see it still exists. In my franchise mode after i exit the draft the game refuses to load and it basically freezes forcing you to restart the game losing all your progress, and it keeps doing it.
